Dallas Diaz
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL
dallas diaz (they/them) is a digital strategist, organizer, and creative who has spent over a decade building power at the intersection of technology, culture, and justice. Raised on occupied Hohokam and O'ohdam land in the southwestern United States during a time of deep social and political upheaval, dallas developed an early understanding that the future doesn't build itself. Someone has to architect it.
Before joining NEWCO, dallas served as Digital Program Director at the Strategic Organizing Center, where they led digital strategy for consequential labor campaigns across the country, including efforts with Amazon warehouse workers, Starbucks employees, and federal workers facing DOGE-era cuts. Prior to that, they built their career at organizations including Black Futures Lab, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Communities United for Police Reform, UNITE HERE, and the Trans Empowerment Project, developing deep expertise in paid digital advertising, social media strategy, and the kind of content and creative that actually moves people.
dallas channels cultural precision, political clarity, and just enough productive chaos into everything they touch. They are still awaiting word from the Galactic Rebel Alliance and the X-Men about membership, but until that call comes, dallas is excited to bring their passion for a reimagined future to NEWCO Strategies.
